The Government intends to issue a sole-source contract for the repair of a specific part, as obtaining the necessary data or rights is deemed uneconomical. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal request for competitive proposals, the Government will consider capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication. Interested parties may also identify their ability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. Contract options will be included.
