Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement for two specific digital computer systems, with one to be delivered to a DLA Distribution center in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and the other to a DLA Distribution center in Tracy, California. The Government does not own the necessary technical data rights for this part and finds obtaining them or reverse engineering to be uneconomical. The acquisition is not being conducted under commercial item procedures, but potential suppliers have 15 days from the notice date to express interest and capability to provide a commercial alternative. The procurement is subject to Free Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement clauses.
