This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract for two turbine speed sensors. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but will consider capability statements from other responsible sources received within 45 days. Commercial item alternatives may be identified to the contracting officer within 15 days. Delivery is specified for two locations: DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. The Government does not own the technical data rights for this part and has determined it uneconomical to obtain them.
