59--CCA,LED BOARD, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a sole-source procurement for a CCA/LED Board, where the Government intends to negotiate with only one supplier. The Government does not own the data rights for this part and has determined it uneconomical to obtain them or to reverse-engineer the item. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered, and interested parties may also identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days. The delivery location for the single unit is DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Some items under this acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreement clauses.
