This opportunity is for the repair of a TRANSDUCER, MOTIONAL, with performance required at the contractor's facility. The contractor must complete a teardown and evaluation (TD&E) within 90 days after receipt of carcasses and then submit a firm-fixed price quote for the full repair effort. The contract will be DO-rated for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. Offerors must provide a repair price as estimated or firm-fixed price, and if not the original equipment manufacturer, must include a signed letter of authorization. The work is subject to military standards for packaging, marking, and quality assurance, with a mercury-free requirement for submarine/surface ship use.
