This is a sole source requirement to acquire a part directly from Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation for a second or subsequent time. The Government does not own the necessary data rights to purchase the part from other suppliers. It has been determined that buying the data rights or reverse engineering the part is not economical.
