This is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture of special emphasis, Level I/SUBSAFE studs and fasteners for a crucial Navy shipboard system, with performance of Government quality assurance at the contractor’s source. The contractor must provide and maintain a quality system per ISO-9001, with calibration per ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3, and comply with extensive traceability, certification, and material marking requirements. A one-year warranty from the date of delivery is required, and the contract will be rated “DO” for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. The place of performance may not be changed without authorization from the Procurement Contracting Officer, and the contractor must promptly notify the nearest DCMA office upon award.
