The contractor must provide one additional fastener per heat/lot for traceability and submit a certificate of compliance, with all waivers and deviations requiring Contracting Officer approval. Performance of services is at the contractor's facility, with Government Quality Assurance at source, and the place of performance cannot be changed without authorization.
