This is a U.S. Navy requirement for the repair of a Weapon Power Converter, requiring the contractor to perform a teardown and evaluation within 120 days of receiving the carcass(es) and then submit a firm-fixed price quote for the full repair. The contractor must propose a Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), with a requested RTAT of 180 days, and price reductions will apply for failing to meet the required RTAT. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the supply of five Weapon Power Converters. The performance location for delivery is W1A8 DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA. The Government does not own the necessary data rights for this part and has determined it uneconomical to obtain them. All responsible sources may identify their capability, and proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
