Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed non-competitive, sole-source contract action for 15 pressurizing altimeters, with delivery to Tracy, California. The part must be acquired from or repaired by a source specified on controlled drawings, as the necessary technical data or rights are not available to the government to permit other sources. The government intends to negotiate with only one source, but all responsible sources may submit capability statements. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice.
