This is a U.S. Navy requirement for the repair of an AMPLIFIER RADIO FREQUENCY, requiring the contractor to perform a teardown & evaluation within 90 days of receiving the carcass(es) and then submit a firm-fixed price quote for the full repair. The contractor must provide a Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), with a requested RTAT of 260 days, and price reductions will apply for failing to meet the required RTAT. The repair work must be performed in accordance with the contractor's approved repair standards, and all items must be mercury-free for use on submarines/surface ships. If the offeror is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer, they must provide proof of being an authorized distributor.
