Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed sole-source contract action for the supply of liquid transmitters, with deliveries to distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and Tracy, California. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source but will consider capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the notice's publication. Interested parties may also identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days. The Government does not own the necessary technical data for this part, and obtaining it has been deemed uneconomical.
