The requested repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 200 days, with financial penalties for failing to meet it. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty from the date of delivery and maintain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. If the offeror is not the original manufacturer, they must provide proof of authorized distribution.
