Quotes must include unit and total price, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), any capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, pricing for testing/evaluation if the asset is beyond repair, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison. Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin and handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV, and the contract may include an added option quantity.
