The Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price buy for manufacture and quality requirements of a REPAIR KIT,VALVE, with specified CAGE/reference numbers (05CT0, 5N582, and 66200 VRK-2-N). Offerors that are not the OEM must provide an OEM letter or official email confirming authorized distributor status. Government source inspection is required, the contractor is responsible for inspection/quality compliance, and records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Packaging, packing, marking, and identification must comply with the schedule, MIL-STD-2073, and MIL-STD-130, and design/material/part-number substitutions require Contracting Officer approval. This effort is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities with accelerated delivery encouraged before scheduled delivery dates; freight is FOB Origin and award will be bilateral requiring written acceptance.
