The Navy seeks repair of a VALVE ASSEMBLY (CAGE 66822, ref. no. 10097-3), with work performed to original manufacturer and contractor repair/overhaul standards, marking per MIL-STD-130 Rev N, and packaging per MIL-STD-2073. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 63 days from physical receipt at the contractor’s facility, accelerated delivery is encouraged, missed RTATs may incur per-unit/per-month price reductions, and the Government may add an option quantity within 365 days ARO. Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin and handled by Navy CAV/Proxy CAV, and award will be bilateral requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. Quotes must include pricing type/amounts, RTAT or capacity constraints, RMA and delivery vehicle information, CAGE/performance-location details, beyond-repair testing/evaluation fees, and a comparison of repair price to new-unit price and lead time. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
