The Navy is seeking repair of the CCA, FIREWALL (CAGE 61099, ref. no. 196-32024-1), with a required Repair Turnaround Time of 77 days; CASREP accelerated delivery is encouraged at no additional cost to the Government. Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin and handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV, and the resulting award will be bilateral requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. The Government intends to add an option quantity, exercisable by written notice within 365 days ARO, with added items delivered at the same rate as like items unless otherwise agreed. Quoters must provide pricing type (firm-fixed-price, estimated, or NTE), unit/total price, RTAT, RMA if applicable, and new-unit price/lead-time comparison, and late RTAT will incur a per-unit/per-month price reduction. Consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and proof of authorization must be submitted with the offer; repair must meet the specified CAGE/reference requirements, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging.
