The Navy is soliciting repair of a DETECTION UNIT (CAGE 360H2, ref. 275000), including updating the unit to 2017 firmware if needed, under a bilateral award requiring contractor written acceptance and Government Source Inspection. Quotes must include unit and total price, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), capacity constraints if the required RTAT or earlier cannot be met, pricing type (firm-fixed, estimated, or NTE), RMA/delivery vehicle if applicable, testing/evaluation or beyond-repair pricing, new-unit price and lead time, and CAGE information for awardee, inspection/acceptance, and shipment facility. The Government intends to add an option quantity and will apply price reductions for late RTAT, excluding excusable delays. Accelerated delivery is encouraged before scheduled delivery date(s); freight is FOB Origin, with Navy CAV or Proxy CAV handling freight. Offerors must verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN; repair must meet original manufacturer specifications and drawings, use MIL-STD-130 marking, and retain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery.
