This solicitation is for the repair of a Rugged, Flat Panel, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 90 days, including Government Source Inspection. The contract will be firm-fixed-price, and all freight is FOB Origin, handled by Navy CAV. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, with the awardee's CAGE code identifying the location. The government will compare the repair price to the price of a new unit, and failure to meet the RTAT will result in a price reduction per unit per month. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer to be considered for award.
