This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of a VALVE/ACTUATOR ASSY, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 90 days from asset receipt to acceptance. The government intends to include an option to increase the quantity of supplies, which can be exercised within 365 days. A price reduction per unit per month will be applied for any unexcused failure to meet the RTAT. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing per the original manufacturer's specifications. Proof of being an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer's item is required for award consideration.
