The Government intends to negotiate a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 for 8 EA of NSN 7H-4810-012063288, TDP VER 003, delivered FOB origin. The Government lacks the data or rights needed to obtain this part from additional sources and has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, and should include their CAGE code on solicitation requests; this is not a request for competitive proposals, and competition decisions remain at the Government’s discretion. Award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at time of award under FAR clause 52.209-1. The acquisition is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, though interested parties may identify commercial items that could satisfy the requirement, and certain Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement may apply if specified DFARS clauses are included.

The Navy seeks repair of a solenoid valve, CAGE/Ref No. 1H392 21207-0301-2800, with quantity reduced to 7 each; only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered, and accelerated delivery before the scheduled delivery date is encouraged. Performance will be under a firm-fixed-price repair purchase order, with BOA terms prevailing if applicable, FOB Origin, Government Source Inspection, CAV reporting, and DCMA inspection/acceptance required before shipment. Quotes must include unit price, total price, and proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility through Government acceptance, and late RTATs will incur per-unit monthly price reductions with reconciliation after final acceptance.
