This opportunity is for the repair of a CCA, RELAY component, with all pricing required to be firm and inclusive of all costs for repairing potentially unwhole or damaged material. The government is seeking a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 300 days, measured from asset receipt at the contractor's facility to government acceptance, with a price reduction for any inexcusable delays. An option for a 100% increase in quantity may be exercised within 365 days of contract award, with the same delivery turnaround as the base items. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, with freight handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. The quote submission period has been extended to 05 MAY 2026.
