NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking contractors to manufacture a specific impulse cartridge used on CH53, F-14, and ES-3 aircraft. This is a sources sought notice to identify interested and capable parties, not a formal request for proposals. The Government possesses the necessary technical data for manufacturing and intends to conduct a full and open competition.
