This is a Navy RFQ for repair of PUMP UNIT,CTFGL under CAGE/ref 16062 D3-433-0009, with work performed to authorized repair/overhaul standards and items marked per MIL-STD-130. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 192 days, Government Source Inspection, FOB Origin freight handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work, and late deliveries incur price reductions unless excusable. The resulting bilateral award may include an option to increase quantity, exercisable within 365 days from award, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. Quotes must provide unit/total price, proposed RTAT and capacity constraints, pricing basis or historical invoice information if applicable, BR/BER test-and-evaluation fee, new-unit price and lead time, and a per-unit/per-month late price reduction amount. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered, proof of authorized distributor status must be submitted with the offer, and inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
