Repair must meet the operational/functional requirements for CAGE 4HA68 / ref UX-005-145579-NAVAL-1 and be performed under contractor repair/overhaul standards and OEM specifications/drawings, with Government Source Inspection required. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 222 days from asset return to government acceptance, measured via CAV; accelerated delivery is encouraged, freight is FOB Origin, and the Navy handles freight per the CAV SOW. The award will be bilateral, requiring signed contractor acceptance, and the Government intends to add an option quantity exercisable within 365 days from award at the same unit price. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, pricing basis/historical invoice or similar/previous NSN information, beyond-repair testing/evaluation pricing, and new-unit price/lead time; late delivery beyond RTAT may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions.
