NAVSUP WSS is seeking repair of the COOLER,FLUID,INDUST (CAGE/ref 4HA68 UX-005-145579-NAVAL-1), with the amendment reducing the quantity to 2 units. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 222 days from asset return to Government acceptance, and the Government may add an increased-quantity option within 365 days from award; records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery. The award will be bilateral, with FOB Origin freight handled by the Navy under the CAV SOW, and Government Source Inspection is required. Quotes must provide unit/total price and RTAT, explain any capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, and include pricing basis/history or new-unit price and lead time as applicable. Consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and proof of authorized-distributor status must be submitted with the offer.
