Navy seeks repair of CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE 16331, ref 63E917118G1) with Government Source Inspection required and FOB Origin freight handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 77 days from asset return to acceptance, and late delivery beyond the required RTAT may incur per-unit/month price reductions unless the delay is excusable. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity exercisable within 365 days from award at the same unit price and delivery rate. Quotes must include unit/total price, proposed RTAT and capacity constraints if exceeding 77 days, pricing type (FFP/estimated/NTE), RMA/delivery vehicle information, and any applicable BR/BER testing and evaluation pricing. Award will be bilateral requiring contractor signed acceptance, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer may be considered, with proof of authorization provided on company letterhead.
