The Navy requires repair of the SYNCHRONIZER,ELECTR (CAGE/Ref No. 7LLB9 9900-444), with work performed to contractor repair/overhaul standards and OEM specifications, plus MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. The Government seeks a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 70 days, encourages accelerated delivery, requires Government Source Inspection, and requires inspection records be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if not meeting the required RTAT or earlier, beyond-repair testing/evaluation pricing, and a proposed late-RTAT price reduction amount per unit/month. The Government intends to add an option quantity, exercisable by written notice within 365 days from award, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. The resultant award will be bilateral requiring signed acceptance, all freight is FOB Origin with Navy handling freight per the CAV SOW, and the awardee must provide awardee, inspection/acceptance, and facility/subcontractor CAGE information for asset shipment.
