The Navy is issuing a repair RFQ under Emergency Acquisition Authority for the POWER SUPPLY,UNINTE (CAGE 31795, Ref. No. RC030AA0A0A0A0R), with award to be issued bilaterally requiring contractor signed acceptance. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 343 days, encourages accelerated delivery, and requires quotes to include unit/total price, RTAT, pricing type, capacity constraints if the RTAT cannot be met, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison. Government Source Inspection is required; freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work; repair must follow original manufacturer specifications/drawings with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. The Government intends to add an option quantity that may be exercised within 365 days from award, and contractor-caused RTAT delays may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions, with records retained 365 calendar days after final delivery. Consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, and proof of authorization must be provided with the offer.
