NAVSUP WSS seeks repair of PUMP,ROTARY under an emergency acquisition flexibilities RFQ, with FOB Origin freight and Navy-handled freight per the CAV Statement of Work. The required repair turnaround time is 239 days from asset return to government acceptance, and accelerated delivery is encouraged. Government source inspection is required, and the resultant bilateral award requires the contractor’s signed acceptance prior to execution. Quotes must include unit and total pricing, RTAT, capacity constraints if unable to meet the required RTAT, testing/evaluation fees for beyond-repair determinations, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison. The government intends to add an option quantity that may be exercised within 365 days from the date of award.
