The Navy, under Emergency Acquisition Authority, seeks repair of an axial piston pump (CAGE 62983, ref. 847275), with accelerated delivery encouraged and freight FOB Origin. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time of 321 days from asset return to acceptance, and quotes must include unit/total price, proposed RTAT, and capacity constraints if that RTAT cannot be met. The Government intends a bilateral award and may add an option quantity exercisable within 365 days of the award effective date. Government Source Inspection is required, freight is handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work, and the contractor must meet CMMC Level 2 (Self) and specified inspection, testing, marking, packaging, and authorized-distributor requirements.
