This Navy RFQ seeks repair of the ICC CHAIR (CAGE 3CX85, ref. 20705945-9) in accordance with contractor repair/overhaul standards, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging; award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 150 days from asset return to Government acceptance, may exercise an option quantity up to 365 days after award, and requires inspection records to be kept for 365 days after final delivery; accelerated delivery is encouraged. The award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s signed acceptance, with Government Source Inspection required and freight FOB Origin handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. Quotes must include unit and total prices, proposed RTAT (or capacity constraints if not meeting 150 days), pricing history or comparable item data if not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or if prices increased, and a proposed price-reduction amount per unit/month for late delivery. Repair will occur at the contractor’s facility, and the Government intends to compare repair price to new-unit price and may require testing/evaluation if the asset is beyond repair.
