Required Repair Turnaround Time is 95 days from asset return/CAV receipt to government acceptance; contractors must report CAV transactions by the fifth business day after receipt and retain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. The government may add option quantity at the same unit price within 365 days after award; freight is FOB Origin but Navy-handled under the CAV SOW, and Government Source Inspection is required.
