The Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price repair contract for a power supply, with the required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 320 days measured from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility to final Government acceptance. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required, accelerated delivery is encouraged, and all freight is FOB Origin. Offerors must provide proof of authorized distributor status for the original manufacturer and submit quote amount, RTAT, and any capacity constraints if they cannot meet the 320-day requirement. The Government intends to add an option quantity at the same unit price, exercisable within 365 days. The repair work must meet the original manufacturer’s operational and functional requirements and MIL-STD-130 marking.
