This opportunity is for repair of a TURBINE ROTOR, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 370 days from physical receipt at the contractor's facility to government acceptance. The resulting award will be bilateral and requires Government Source Inspection; freight is FOB origin and will be handled by the Navy per the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and must provide proof with their offer. The contract includes an option for increased quantity that may be exercised within 365 days after award, and unexcused delays beyond the RTAT will incur price reductions. All repair work must meet the original manufacturer's specifications, with packaging per MIL-STD-2073.
