This is a firm fixed-price contract for the repair of one rotary pump unit (NSN 4320 012781030, P/N E-4519). The contractor must provide a quote including repair price, turnaround time (RTAT), and teardown/evaluation (T&E) fee, with price reductions applied if RTAT is not met. Requirements include MIL-STD packaging, source inspection, IUID (if unit price is $5,000 or more), and compliance with cybersecurity clauses (DFARS 252.204-7008 & 252.204-7012). All transportation to and from the repair site will be paid for by the U.S. Navy. A reconciliation modification will be issued after final inspection and acceptance of all inducted assets.
