NAVSUP WSS is seeking repair of PUMP,SEAWATER (CAGE 11083, ref. 480-7095), with the quantity amended from 20 to 19 EA, under Emergency Acquisition Authority and with accelerated delivery encouraged. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 244 days from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility, Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin, and the Navy handles freight under the CAV Statement of Work. Award will be bilateral with firm pricing, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered; quotes should include unit/total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, BR/BER testing and evaluation fees, RMA if applicable, delivery vehicle, and new-unit price/lead time. The Government intends to add an option quantity, exercisable within 365 days after award at the same unit price and delivery rate unless otherwise agreed. Late delivery beyond the RTAT may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions via a reconciliation modification, excluding excusable delays such as Government delay.
