This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of a "DOGGING ACTUATOR" with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 142 days from the asset's physical receipt at the contractor's facility. The government will apply a price reduction per unit per month for any unexcusable failure to meet this RTAT. The contractor must provide a quote including unit price, total price, and proposed RTAT, and must be prepared to provide proof of being an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer's item. The contract includes an option for the government to increase the quantity of supplies within 365 days after award issuance. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required at the contractor's facility.
