This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of a "DOGGING ACTUATOR" with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 142 days from the asset's physical receipt at the contractor's facility. The government will add an option to increase the quantity of supplies, which may be exercised within 365 days after receipt of the award. A Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required, and contractors must provide a price reduction amount per unit for each month they fail to meet the RTAT. The performance location is the contractor's own facility, as assets are shipped FOB Origin and the repair work is performed there.
