This contract is for the manufacture of a Seat and Needle per Parker Hannifin drawings, used in a crucial shipboard system and designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material requiring strict quality controls. The successful offeror must comply with extensive certification, traceability, welding, and quality system requirements (e.g., ISO-9001). Final delivery of material is required on or before 365 days after the effective date of the contract, with certification data CDRLs due 20 days prior to scheduled delivery. The contract will be a DO-rated order for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. The place of performance is subject to Government Quality Assurance at source and may not be changed without authorization.
