This is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture and supply of a socket head capscrew designated as Special Emphasis (Level I / DSSP) material for a crucial shipboard system, requiring stringent quality assurance. The item must be manufactured to FF-S-86 and related specifications, with extensive testing, configuration control, traceability, and government source inspection at the contractor's facility. Contractors must maintain an ISO-9001 quality system (with ISO-10012/ANSI-Z540.3/ISO-17025 calibration), submit a Certificate of Compliance, and comply with all waiver/deviation and engineering change requirements. Delivery requires submission of certification data 20 days prior to delivery, government review within 18 working days after receipt, and final delivery of material 200 days after contract award. A one-year warranty applies for 365 days after the last delivery.
