Naval supply chain requires manufacture of a flat washer, part NASM15795-810, in accordance with NASM15795 for a Seal Delivery Vehicle application; the item is Special Emphasis/DSSP Scope of Certification Material (Material Control Division C) due to its critical shipboard-system use. The washer must be mercury-free, marked per MIL-STD-130, configuration-controlled, and packaged per MIL-STD-2073, with waiver/deviation and engineering-change requests processed through ECDS and Contracting Officer review/approval. The award will not include Government source inspection, and prompt-payment constructive acceptance is 45 days after delivery. Final delivery is scheduled at 200 days, and a one-year warranty runs 365 days after the last delivery under the contract. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
