This is a total small business set-aside contract for the manufacture and supply of K-MONEL studs, which are SPECIAL EMPHASIS (Level I/SUBSAFE) material for crucial shipboard systems. The contractor must provide a quality system per ISO-9001, maintain full material traceability, and submit certification data CDRLs on or before 20 days prior to scheduled delivery. Final delivery of material is required on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, with Government Quality Assurance at source. The contract is issued under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System with a "DO" priority rating.
