This is a total small business set-aside Navy procurement for MIL-DTL-1222 K-MONEL (QQ-N-286) Grade 500 studs, 1 1/8-inch diameter by 6 1/4-inch length, designated Level I/SUBSAFE/DSS-SOC/TRIPER special-emphasis material for a critical shipboard system. The contractor must maintain stringent quality and traceability controls, including ISO-9001/ISO-10012 or an acceptable alternate quality system, Level I Joint Source Certification, certification CDRLs, and Government Quality Assurance at source. Final material delivery is due on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract; certification CDRLs are due 20 days before scheduled delivery, with PNSY review/acceptance 6 working days after receipt.
