This opportunity is for the manufacture of a Navigation Light White, designated as Special Emphasis (Level I) material for a crucial shipboard system, with performance required at the contractor's facility. The contractor must provide a quality system per ISO-9001 and meet detailed testing requirements, including a submergence pressure test of 134 psig for 10 cycles or an alternative hydrostatic test at 1500 psig. A Certificate of Compliance and specific data submissions, including a Critical Volume Test Record, are required, with all certification data CDRLs due 20 days prior to delivery.
