This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for a Deflector, designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material for a crucial shipboard system, with performance at the contractor's facility. The contractor must provide a quality system per ISO-9001 and submit a Certificate of Compliance, with final delivery of material required 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract. Only sources with an acceptable Quality Control Manual are eligible for award, and the contract will be a DO-rated order for national defense.
