This is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture and supply of a specific stud (5/8 inch, Grade 400, MIL-DTL-1222) designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS Level I/SUBSAFE material for use in a crucial shipboard system. The contractor must provide a quality system per ISO-9001, maintain full material traceability, and submit certification data CDRLs on or before 20 days prior to scheduled delivery. Final delivery of the material is required on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, subject to Government Quality Assurance at source, with the place of performance not changeable without authorization. The contract will be a "DO" rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
