This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture of a critical shipboard valve assembly, designated as Special Emphasis material due to the high risk of personnel injury or loss of ship systems if defective. The contractor must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001, with specific requirements for material traceability, certification, and government source inspection. Final delivery of the material is required within 365 days after the effective date of the contract, with certification data due 20 days prior to scheduled delivery.
