This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture and supply of specialized studs, bolts, and fasteners designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material for critical shipboard systems. The required items must meet MIL-DTL-1222 specifications, with delivery of all material due 365 days after award and certification data due 20 days prior. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, with Government Quality Assurance at source, and the place of performance cannot be changed without authorization. The contract will be awarded at the CLIN level, potentially resulting in multiple awards to different vendors, and offers are invited on any or all line items. Past performance will be considered in the evaluation of offers.
