This is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture and supply of SPECIAL EMPHASIS (Level I) K-MONEL studs, which are critical for a crucial shipboard system. The contractor must provide a quality system per ISO-9001 and meet detailed material, testing, and traceability requirements as specified in MIL-DTL-1222 and other invoked documents. Final delivery of material is required within 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract, with certification data due 20 days prior. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, subject to Government Quality Assurance at source. The contract will be issued under a "DO" rated order for national defense use.
