This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture of a critical 1 1/2 inch, 700 PSI elbow for a crucial shipboard system, designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS (Level I) material. The contractor must comply with extensive quality, certification, and traceability requirements, including ISO-9001, and submit detailed certification data (CDRLs) 20 days before the scheduled delivery. The final delivery of material is required 365 days after contract award, with early and incremental delivery acceptable at no extra cost. Performance of services will be at the contractor's facility, subject to government source inspection. The Navy will consider past performance in its evaluation of offers.
