This NAVSUP WSS opportunity covers inspection and refurbishment of Special Emphasis SUBSAFE/Non-Level I material for a crucial shipboard system under a not-to-exceed firm-fixed-price contract, with a request for a not-to-exceed quote subject to downward negotiations for complete repair including evaluation through completed repair. The prime contractor must be the OEM for sole-source repair, and refurbishment must follow CAGE 78062 drawing 20463-400 and the NAVSEA-approved MRO procedure Sargent Engineering Document 11-000001 Rev. K dated 9/7/17. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001 quality system (or MIL-I-45208 alternate) with ISO 10012/ANSI Z540.3/ISO 17025 or MIL-STD-45662 calibration, submit certificates of compliance and tests, assign unique serial numbers with traceability, control configuration, and qualify welding/brazing procedures as required. Government quality assurance will be performed at source, and preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073 and the contract schedule.
